Transfer die stamping offers a high degree of flexibility. High drawing depths and complex product geometries can be realized with secondary forming elements. Customer requirements can also be implemented economically for smaller quantities.
In transfer stamping, the sheet metal blank is already cut out of the sheet metal strip in the first station and passed on from forming operation to forming operation.
Highest precision of the tool parts themselves and their adjustment or maintenance are basic requirements.
The manufacturing processes used in the individual stations of the tool are: Deep drawing, stamping, bending, stretching, (cross) punching, cutting out.
The range of geometries that we currently manufacture in transfer is summarized in the following list:
Product diameter | 8 – 95 mm |
Blank thickness | 0.4 – 1.2 mm |
Materials | Aluminum, Tinplate, (Stainless) steel |
Tolerances | ≥ 0.05 mm |
Lot sizes | 10.000 – 10.000.000 parts per year |
